Spanish-born singer Tonino Carotone is mostly famous in Italy, particularly for his biggest hit, Me Cago en El Amor. Ironically, Tonino had only ended up in Italy after he flew there in 1995 to avoid Spanish millitary service. On his latest album, Ciao Mortali, he duets with the likes of Manu Chao and Gogol Bordello.
