Formerly of Los Dynamite, frontman Diego Solorzano traded in his rock and roll swagger for a little bit of dance floor dexterity under his latest moniker as Rey Pila. Releasing the band’s self-titled debut in 2010, the quartet received international attention in the blogosphere for its unique blend of experimental, shoegaze sound and Diego’s unique vocals. Rey Pila also remixed a wide range of artists, from El Columpio Asesino, Neon Indian, to Interpol.
