Venezuelan dance-rock band La Vida Bohéme have taken their native Caracas by storm, building up from playing in dive bars and battles of the bands to selling out every important local venue and reaching #1 on the two most important national radio stations. Debuting Nuestra in the US during the 2011 LAMC, these dance punk rockers swarmed with infectious noise invading the blogosphere, conquered a larger “La Resistance” (a nickname for their fanbase), and got nominated for two Latin Grammys (2011) and The Grammys (2012). The four-some also earned a place in our Best Tracks of 2011 for their mega hit single “Radio Capital.”
